This bookmark was made in the US by an unkown manufacturer. It is marked sterling and something else that can't be made out. The top is a an orange and black enamel shield surrounded by the words "Sigillum Universitatis Princetoniensis." The top blade reads "Princeton" in enamel writing. The date is 1920 - 1930.
