This bookmark was made in Europe, possibly Spain. It is marked 800 on the back, indicating the purity of the silver. 925 is sterling. The bookmark was once finished in a gold wash which has since worn off. The top has a 4 color enamel Egyptian motif design. The date is 1900 - 1920.
