This bookmark was made in Norway of celluloid and silver. The top blade has a silver oval with a picture of a  Nordland boat (or Norwegian: Nordlandsbåt). This is a type of fishing boat that has been used for centuries in northern counties of Nordland, Troms and Finmark of Norway and derives its name from Nordland county where it has a long history. It is sailing with birds flying, some clouds and sun rays. It is marked 830S NH. NH stands for Norsk Mønster (Norwegian pattern). The blades are ivory colored celluloid.
