This bookmark was made in the US by Meek Company of Coshocton, Ohio. It is a celluloid advertising bookmark for Carnation cream and a souvenir of the Lewis and Clark exposition from 1905. It has a picture of a carnation flower on top with the bottom most petal as the blade which clips over a page. The bottom of the bookmark depicts a 'full pint can'" of Carnation Cream.  "

It is made of celluloid and is in the shape of a grandfather clock with the bottom half of the clock cut out to clip over the page. The back says, "Time is golden; waste not a single moment. Each clock tick brings thee to the threshold of some new opportunity." The date is 1900 - 1915.

This bookmark was made in the US by the Whitehead and Hoag Co. of Newark, NJ. It is a celluloid travel advertising bookmark for Portland, Oregon. The flower on top is a rose and it has a tiny hole where a tassel once was. The back has a photo of Mt. Hood and another of a car traveling on a highway. It says, "Portland Ad. Club. Meet me on the Columbia River Highway Portland 1918." The copyright is dated 1915.

The flower on top is a rose with its bottom petal cutout for the second blade. The back has a trade mark picture of a steer with eagles wings. It has a list of their food products.
