BESKYTTET 830S  A N A (two horizontal A's) NORDLIE, ARNE EMANUEL  1908 - 1995 OSLO.NM stands for Norsk Mønster (Norwegian pattern) Beskyttet (protected) started using after 1929. It is a very unusual piece. The smaller part clips onto a page where the connecting bar swings to let the longer part hang over the front or back cover of the book.
